Refund policy

Digital licenses cannot be returned once the details have been delivered, so refunds are limited to the cases below.

• If your license does not work and we cannot fix or replace it within 72 hours of your request, we refund the full amount.
• If you were charged but did not receive your license details within the delivery time stated below, we deliver it or refund you.
• Requests must be sent to support@pixelkeys.store within 7 days of purchase with your order number and PayPal email.
• We do not refund for change of mind after the license has been delivered and activated.

Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal account within 5 to 10 business days.

Payment policy

We accept payment through PayPal, including PayPal balance and major debit and credit cards processed by PayPal. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include everything shown at checkout.

Your payment is processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. If a payment is disputed or reversed, we may suspend the related license until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first if there is a problem with your order and we will resolve it quickly.

Delivery policy

Licenses are digital and delivered to the email address linked to your PayPal payment, normally within 2 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you cannot find our email. If nothing arrives after that time, contact us at support@pixelkeys.store. Nothing is shipped physically.

Terms of service

• PixelKeys is an authorized reseller of Google, Adobe and ByteDance products under written authorization. Google, Adobe and ByteDance are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with this store unless stated in that authorization.
• Each license is for the plan, duration and number of users described on its product page. Use is also subject to the terms of Google, Adobe and ByteDance.
• Licenses may not be resold, shared or used outside the plan described.
• We may cancel and refund an order if it appears fraudulent or if a product is unavailable.
• We are not responsible for changes Google, Adobe and ByteDance make to their own products, prices or terms.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email address and order details provided through PayPal, plus any message you send through the contact form. We use it to deliver your license, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. It is shared only with PayPal (payments), our hosting provider, and Google, Adobe and ByteDance where needed to activate your license. To ask for access to or deletion of your data, email support@pixelkeys.store.
